How to measure
1. Waist
Find your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button). Wrap the measuring tape around your waist. Important: Don't pull the tape too tight — keep it comfortably loose by slipping one finger between the tape and your body. This little space ensures your pants fit with ease, not tightness.
2. Hips
Stand straight with your feet together. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and bum. Again, keep the tape flat and allow it to be slightly loose (one-finger space).
Ex:
If your waist is around 30 inches, M is your perfect size.
