At Elahi, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and with full transparency. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, charges, tracking, and more, so you always know what to expect.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all cities and regions within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched through our logistics partner, PostEx.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the courier service.

Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you do not receive this information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Missed Deliveries and Reattempts
PostEx will attempt delivery at your provided address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may reattempt once or twice, or contact you for rescheduling. If the delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect address or no response, the parcel will be returned to us.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delayed or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
Changes After Placing Order
If you need to update your address or contact information after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been shipped.
