Eligibility Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. The original invoice or order confirmation email must be shared as proof of purchase. Please note that items bought on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange or return. We’re human too—In case of an incorrect size, wrong item, or damaged product, you’ll be required to provide clear evidence such as images or videos when making your request.
Return Policy
We accept returns only if the item received is incorrect or damaged. To be eligible, the return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused, with all original tags intact. Proof of purchase—such as an invoice or order confirmation—is required. Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Once we receive and verify the item, a store credit voucher of equal value will be issued for use at elahiofficial.com only
